Using AAA discount question

I Called AAA about the discount and they said I didnt have a room choice and booking through Disney would be cheaper. Can you call DIsney and then use the discount? Thanks

That is odd, you'd think it'd be the same cost booking through them as with Disney.

BUT, yes - with room-only reservations, you can. Not with packages, those have to go through AAA.
