Using A Coupon With EA?

I made a reservation a while back and I had no problem using my coupon for $20 off and still having use of the EA. My plans have changed and National is giving me a good one way rental through one of their promotions. Now when I try to use the $20 coupon it states that my level service will be counter. I don't know why it would make a difference? Should I forget about the coupon so I don't have to wait in line or can I try to use the coupon once I am there?

Did you try clicking on the counter and changing it back? You aren't renting a compact are you? That may be the reason, since I don't think you can use the aisle with a compact.

I found out it has nothing to do with my coupon but rather their product rate code. Hopefully the line won't be to long.
