Hello,
Going to USF/IOA 4-5 thru 4-9 (2 adults) and staying at Royal Pacific. Can anyone please give me a rough idea of time diff. b/t waiting in regular lines and having the on-site hotel "front of line" room key express thing? Reasonable to expect 15 min waiting times compared to 45min to an hour in regular lines?
I can remember waiting 2 hours for Spiderman in the past staying off-site with just regular tickets to the parks. Any experience/ predictions for how large the crowds will be the week after Easter? Thank you so much! :wave2:

I'll add a question onto this. I've read about the FOTL that is similar to Disney-you get a pass for a return time. I've also read about an "upgrade" from that system where you can walk up to each ride and go to the front once each day any time of day. Which do onsite guests get?

USF vacation resort people said no limit for how many rides or times it's used, you just show your room key card and go to the express line for anyone staying at one of the 3 resorts.....I'm just not sure if there's a big diff. b/t waiting in regular lines and being in the express???? Does it really help???

Thats true, when you stay on site at USF its like a fast pass to anything. Your hotel card lets you walk into that line. I have never been there in the absolute busiest times but we have never had a problem with lines at the studios of islands. Staying on site should make that pretty much a guarantee.

Onsite guest get unlimited front of the line, (not once each day). You could ride the same ride 10 times in a row with FOTL if you wanted to - any time of day.

Time difference with FOTL?
Easter Monday 2002 (last visit): Spiderman at 1pm.
Regular line: 1.5hours
FOTL : 5 mins.

It's a no brainer!! :wave2:

Just FYI, last summer they implemented a restriction on FOTL for hotel guests. Supposedly, you could only ride each ride once (with room key) before 3pm. After that it was unlimited. They only did this during the "peak" summer season. From posts I read, they were not very consistant with enforcing it though. Some reported be scanned and refused if they had already ridden. Others said they rode numerous times without being stopped. Again, just FYI if you are going during a peak time and they decide to do it again.

Thank you all so much for your insight and info. w/ my question. You guys are great and this board rocks!!!!
