I just read the post "Park Hours...Is it still worth going?" and started to think. (DW says that is usually a bad thing.) Anyway, I keep reading in folks' reports that attractions are opening late and the park is closing early...YET, the crowds are not that small. Do any insiders know if maybe the office brass are reconsidering the shortened hours? The AdventureFamily will be in Orlando 11/3-11/7 and are not pleased with the current state of affairs.

Also, which show would you recommend after the parks? By "show," I mean Medieval Nights and the like...

BTW, Eeyore, we are from SouthEast Va, too. Got stuck in the BG Williamsburg traffic on the way to College of William and Mary Homecoming. Cannot imagine trying to be in the park!

If you're staying onsite I certainly wouldn't give it a second thought! We went Columbus Day weekend which was pretty busy & were able to go on everything more then twice! I still think attendance is not up to it's usual capacity making it much quicker to go on all attractions wityh less time. I'd still go for sure! Hey look at it this way, now you have extra time to do other things at night like dinner shows, stroll Citywalk, take a ride to Disney's Boradwalk.

Then go for it! You'll have plenty of time to do everything!! the best part for us was that express for only offered to resort guests that weekend. Kind of like the old & original FOTL.

you are staying on site: you are here for 4 days: two of theose days are weekdays: the crowds do not exist thru the week: and you think you have an unhappy state of affairs. The galss is not half empty it is more than 3/4 full. you will have a ball:D
