When we first went to USF in 1992 there was a tram tour which took you round the park explaining which films all the different buildings and streets were from (eg. the restaurant from 'The Godfather', the warehouse from 'On the Waterfront'). I can hardly remember any of these but would love to be able to tell my DD who is 15 and loves old/classic movies. Does anyone have any info to help me? Is there a guide book to the contruction and inspiration behind USF?

You might be thinking of the tram tour. That was phased out years ago. The closest I can think of is taking a VIP tour and having a guide who will point out these things.
