User Year - 7 Month booking question

Hi Everyone,

I am planning a trip to Aluani in June 2012 and wanted to know when I can make this reservation. I have a December user year, if I need to borrow points for the reservation can I call in November to book for June 2012 or do I have to wait till my user year December to call?

Oh no, You call in November. You can borrow when booking if needed. Just have to make sure dues are paid by the time your traveling. Make sure all points not used are banked before your three month window of your use year.

I wonder how booked they are going to be.

Just always rememeber that use year has absolutely nothing to do with when you can call to reserve, which is always 11 months in advance at home resort or 7 at others. For determining points you can use and whether you can should bank or borrow, you look at date of trip and never the date you call to reserve.

Your date of stay is in your December 2011 use year (12/01/11 to 11/30/12). So you can use banked 2010, current 2011, borrowed 2012. All those points are currently in your account. You can call at 11 months for your home resort or 7 months or non-home resort.
