*shaking head* Don't worry... my family doesn't "get it" either!(Conversation with my father just last week "Deb, when are you going to the south of France?" "I was on the far side of EPCOT just last October.. that counts! BTW, Dad, did you know the UK and France are only separated by a bridge? *giggling ensues from here)
I do agree that staying concierge encourages less commando type touring! I think part of it is just staying at a deluxe hotel v. value. When we were at POP last October, we totally went commando as the room wasn't something we wanted to hang out in. Swan or Dolphin, we hang out at the resort much more. Every AKL trip we get seem to go slower and slower, not caring if we really leave on time for the parks and rushing back just to see what is on our balcony! Concierge just makes it that much more tough to leave the hotel!
