I would e mail them and talk to them. pretty much, you can have done many many many things...for a price! they ahve always been very nice to me in e mails, so just shoot one over and see what kind of information they will give you!

Can someone please post a good email address for Animal Kingdom Concierge? I got the following message when I tried to email them using the email address from page 1 of this thread:

I emailed GF today, but didn't get a confirmation email like the user above me. Does that mean that they didn't recieve my email?
 
Can someone tell me what special tours you can book when you are staying CL?

Is is just the safari tour and where can you find out info on this? Cost, times etc.

Discovery Wildlife Excursion
Offered to ALL Club Level Concierge Guests

Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park invites you to venture off the beaten path of the Harambe Wildlife Reserve for a unique animal observation and photo excursion. Led by a seasoned Safari Guide and an animal expert, this 1-hour vehicle adventure takes you off the Safari trail, stopping at special observation and photo areas throughout the Reserve.

The hour-long excursion costs $45 USD for each Guest - with a portion of the proceeds donated to the Disney Wildlife Conservation Fund. Offered twice a day (Tuesday through Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Advanced reservations and Theme Park Admission is required. All Guests must be at least 3-years of age to participate. Reservations can be made through the Itinerary Planning Office at their home resort. (Not included in Magic Your Way Packages)
 
so we are staying CL at the AKL 12/6-12/13:santa: and booked through AAA(begining to wonder if this was the right thing to do or should i just do it on my own--we are not getting a discount because there weren't any avail at the time of booking and i just don't trust TA to keep calling to see if any has opened:sad2: )........:rolleyes1 ANYWHO----this is our first time staying CL and i am wondering when are the CM IPO's able to assist w/ ADR, gifts in the room, and special planning for a birthday? is the 180 day mark or prior? anyone have any suggestions for something in the room for b-day (already thinking about the cake).

Any help or suggestions would be great! ;)

I would contact them again since I got back an immediate response saying that they would contact me within 24 hours two weeks ago and they got back to me within an hour of my inital contact.

Contact them via email or phone prior to 180 days out. They will get your information and will book your desired ADRs/safaris/etc. @ 180 days! :goodvibes

I sent an email to Grand.Floridian.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com this morning to introduce myself and got an automated response back in a few minutes and then an email from Becky with all the answers to my questions ten minutes later.

So far...I am very pleased with their response time!

I would send another email or call.
 
Question about using concierge to book your ADRs....Our 180 day mark was on Easter, I sent all our requests for ADRs to our BC planner to make them (before Sunday). How soon should I expect them to send me an updated itinerary with the confirmations?? Should I have gotten that from them already? Do you think I should shoot them an email just asking about them, or give it a few more days? I don't want to be a nuisance. :confused3
