Help required.
Hi,
I am staying club level at the Beach Club 1 -4 September. I have not heard from IPO - nor do I have a contact e-mail address.
I did e-mail Disney last week to ask for the e-mail contact address (on previous club level stays at GF, Poly and AKL I received an e-mail from concierge asking if we required any reservations, special request etc.), but was told that the Beach Club club level does not have an e-mail address - I thought this was part of the extra cost for a club level room, having a contact to help sort reservations etc. out.
Has anyone else had this problem.
(PS I am leaving in 10 days for a 2 week cruise before my Beach Club stay, so need to sort stuff out soon).
