Useful Concierge Information

This may be in here somewhere but I haven't read through 120 pages (although I am trying).

Can anyone point me in the direction of the concierge Safari experience that is available to all concierge guests (not the sunrise safari at the AKL) We will be at WL in OCt.

In the past I have used memoriesbysarah if not staying CL..I still used her this time cause I have gone back and forth from WL and VWL..she shops and finds everything as well and prepares them in lovely baskets. She was even able to grab 2 WL refillable mugs back in April when I found out they would no longer be available! So...I am sure to get looks when I have them!! lol
oh...and a big YES for the Kiefer Sutherland!

So! I'm stoked! After reading this thread on Monday (Thank you all by the way).. I emailed AKL Concierge.. Our trip is not until April 08 but I wanted to make sure I had the dates that they needed stuff...

So Don emailed me back and he was SO nice and helpful. Our trip is for DDs 7th birthday and he said that they will work to help me make it a special trip!

Thanks DON!! I cannot wait til October when I can work some more with him.

Alright tomorrow I have to email our TA, because it's been way to long and I haven't heard back from my email to the BWI concierge, and we are going in March, so if people going in April get a response I certainly should have!

Each one is staffed differently. When I sent gifts to the IPO for YC/BC, there were 4 girls working in that office. Typically a basket is a good idea and can be shared by everyone. You may want to ask about their mailing address though, as they may not be located in the resort itself.

I don't think there's any set time. I mailed our gifts about 2 weeks before we arrived. By that time all our planning was done and it was easy to pick out something that I thought they would like.
