used magic express on 5/20 to airport

I had got a fed ex packed for my flight times and shuttle tickets the night before I was flying out, they had 4 printed for 6.45 am flight and I called to confirm and they said a packet would arrive the night before I depart, no packet I called and they said they didn't have my information, I said they did and they checked again and had me in for pm, my tickets said am, they gave me a confirmation number for 3.45 am me pick up, I was staying at the fort wilderness cabins had they resort shuttle pick me up at 3.15 and front desk printed my boarding passes for southwest and we sat and waited for 45 minutes no magic express bus, I inquired with the front desk who called mears and said they didn't have me in the system, which I had called the night before for 345 am pick up they said they would sent over a shuttle taxi for pick up, and we waited another 20 minutes and a magical express big bus arrives and I inquired with the driver about us sitting there for an hour and 5 minutes and he said he just got on duty and this was his first stop and we had the correct bus! He said he had 4 more stops so I WAS NOW nervous about missing my flight, all the times I have flown out of orlando you need to be there early as it is always crowded with longs lines! The bus was very nice and comfortable, the driver did 2 quick stops with pick ups and 2 stops with no pick ups and we pulled in to the airport at 6am, we almost got in a accident good thing our driver was alert he slammed on the brakes just as the suv swerved into our lane and the suv swerves back in his lane and then jumped infront of us, I thought for sure we were going to hit hime! PHEW! The drives stops and gets out pulls all the luggage out for southwest and you go up one floor and walk all the way down to the southwest terminal and thank goodness the lines were almost empty we had maybe 6 people ahead of us an lots of desk attendants so that only took 5 minutes the quickest check in line I have ever been in! Going through security was just as quick last time we were there it was a half hour just to go through, we jumped on tram and got to our terminal at 6.15, kids ran to mcdonald's to bring something to eat on plane, plane was early we boarded at 6.20. It was free transportation and it would of been worth it to take if they had not made me wait for an hour and 5 minutes, next time it would be worth the 60.00 to I called to double check with magic express the lady on the tele assured me that I would be at the airport 90 minutes before deparature, clearly if the lines were long, I would of missed my flight and thank goodness the airport was empty of people! other than thinking the plane would leave without us, we had a great time.
