Have you used FLTOURS recently? How did it go? When you got your confirmation email, was there a Reservation ID in it? When I try to double check my booking, I can't without a reservation ID and there isn't one in my confirmation email from them. Also, when I tried to log directly into their site, my laptop said the site was a security risk? o_O Maybe that's just my cookie setting, but it concerned me.
Thank you in advance for your replies!

I used them in July. My confirmation email said:

Dear [Best Aunt]:

First, we would like to thank you for choosing FL TOURS...

My experience:

When the flight landed at MCO, I did not stop at the bathroom (for once in my life). I was waiting for the monorail to the main terminal when I got a call from the FL Tours driver. He said to call him when the luggage started arriving. He called again, I said the luggage had not arrived yet. If I had called when the luggage started arriving, he would have driven over then. I waited until I got my bag and called him. He then came inside. The first thing he did was hand me a receipt which showed:

“$110 + TIP 22”

I had planned to give him $22 as a tip. But if I had been doing a grocery stop, I would have given him more. And if there were problems (texting while driving, lousy driving, lousy vehicle) I would have wanted to tip him less.

Maybe there have been times when he dropped the person off at the hotel and the person disagreed about the price that was owed, or didn't tip. So I guess it's not a bad policy, but I thought it was tacky and it made me want to go back to Tiffany Towncar (even though many people have had bad experiences when calling Tiffany Towncar on the phone because the person who we think might be the owner is less than pleasant).

By the way, the Tiffany Towncar website also says "not secure."

They don't have the little lock icon next to their web addresses, and their web addresses don't start with https. I can't remember what that means technically.

Thank you so much, Best Aunt! This was exactly the kind of info I was looking for. I agree about the tip thing.
Question...did you pay by credit card, or were you going to give cash?

We had a terrible experience with them in December of 2022 and will not use them again. When we met the driver at the airport he complained that we had too much luggage. He was rather unfriendly from the start. We have used a limo service on the west coast and have received the friendliest and kindest service, so it was unexpected to be treated so rudely.

Then on the ride back later that week from our resort to the airport, we were enjoying cupcakes in the limo and my son accidentally dropped his. We told the driver as when we arrived and he proceeded to chew us out that we were not allowed to eat or drink in the limo. That floored me since every other limo service we have used encouraged us to eat , drink and relax to enjoy the experience. My daughter was so upset at being reprimanded that she dropped her iPad and broke it. Not to mention the limo service was late in picking us up and made us have to rush to get to our plane. It was a good thing it was delayed or else we may have missed our flight on a busy day before Christmas Eve.
