I called MS today right at 9am to make my ADR's for my August trip and it was really quite easy. I got right through, I was able to book all the places I want the only hard one was La Celliur. I was able to get a 4:15pm for dinner, I really wanted a 6pm. It didn't seem like it took any time at all. I made dinner reservations at Kona Cafe, lunch at Sci-Fi, Dinner at Le Celliur, and still need to call about T-Rex. I didn't realize that was a different number.

A few weeks ago I called the WDW-DINE number to make my ADRs but there was a problem with my res so I had to call MS to straighten it out. The CM was extremely helpful in fixing the problem (which wasn't really a problem at all) and asked if she could help with anything else. I said I was going to call to make ADRs and she said she could handle that for me as well.

Like you said it was very smooth, didn't take long at all, and I got everything I wanted too.

Who knew? hehehe :)

i may try MS for using my Thanksgiving ADRS now that there is some solid positive feedback on the situation:wizard:

I used MS last year when I booked our meals for Dec '08 trip! After that I couldn't figure out why anyone would use the WDW-DINE number!:confused3
I had absolutely no problem booking my ADR!

I always use MS to make my ADRS and have been very happy; however for our Aug. trip I am worried that now that it is at 90 days, the two hour delay will keep us from getting into Chek Mickey and the Princess Dinner. I book on Tuesady, any thoughts? It will be during free dining.

If I were you, I would absolutely call at 7:00 a.m. on your 90th day and make your ADRs. Free dining gets wild, especially now that people can only book at 90 days. Good luck!! :goodvibes

To the OP, thank you for reporting on this...I still worry, though, about the 2 hour time difference between WDW-DINE and using MS. It would be nice if MS was able to hold back a few ADR time slots each day (particularly at the more popular restaurants) to compensate for the 2 hour difference. Still, it's good to know that the process was painless and it sounds like you were able to get what you wanted, so that's doubly good. :flower3:

Thanks for the thought, that is my feeling too.

I forgot to mention that I am trying to book for 13, so I think I need as much of an advatage as I can get! :rotfl:
Also we arrive on a Tuesday this time, so I am worried that people arriving on Sat, and booking out are going to leave me with little choices. Oh well. I will do the best I can! :wizard:

I usually call to make ADRs in the evening so I can consult with DH if we can't get the restaurant we want or the dining time we prefer. MS is closed at the time I prefer to call. We have free long distance so the only disadvantage to calling 407-WDW-DINE is that the wait times can be longer though it's not usually a problem at the time of day I normally call (late evening).

I always us MS for dining ressies. Last time I called WDW-DINE, I went through 7 minutes of answering a survey before I ever got my dining ressie. Calling from California, that's ridiculous that I have to pay for that. I use the 800 number instead.
