I like to travel to Disney in the latter four months of the year. Which use year would be best for me? And why is it called use year and not use month?
If you travel in the fall, then an Aug or Sept UY would work out well for you.
I am speculating, but I would assume it is called your UY because you have a year to use up your points.
So, with a Sept UY, your points are good from September 1st through August 31st of the following year. Of course, you can always bank them and that will extend the date out another year.

If you travel at a regular time each year, it's best if that time is right after the start of your UY. So if you travel Sept-Oct-Nov-Dec, then Sept is best for you. But if you ever think you'll travel in August, that's not good for a Sept. UY, so think about June (there are no July or Aug UYs). The reason is that if you travel at the end of your UY, and you have to cancel, you have less time to use or bank the points.
