use year question

I have consumed so much info today talking with salesperson I have gotten mixed up on this statement "use year" that is when my points will be given each year right?
Does my ressie have anything to do with that use year date which I think they said would be Sept.
Is the 11 month window I have read here about meaning 11 months from my vacation date? if not what is the 11 month window?
If you were wanting a Dec 7 ressie at SSR are you quaranteed a room since that is your "home"?

Your use year is when your points are alloted every year.Some people have a preference but we have never really even thought about it.11 month window lets you book at your home resort at 11 months to when you will be vacationing.Say you wanted SSR Dec 25 and it is your home resort then you would call on the 26th and make the reservation.
You are not gauranteed a room but that is why yo have the 11 month window oppurtunity.Because if you dont own SSR you cant book until 7 months out.
If you call at the 11 month window you will not have aproblem getting a room.
