Use Year - please help!

Could someone please help me with use year? Our plan is to go for a week in mid - Feb... I would also like to go some years around Thanksgiving. What use year do you recommend for these dates??

I would suggest AUG, SEP, or OCT UYs, as it would cover both Thanksgiving and February. August is a far more popular UY, so more contracts likely to be available, and would be my first choice. You'd need to bank points by Mar 31 each year, so keep that in mind if you think there are other times of year you might travel.

I second what Lorana said. Having a UY that beings shortly before your typical trips, or at the very least to have as many of the trips you hope to take fall in the first 8 months, gives you the most flexibility in case you needed to cancel or change a trip.

It is like a little extra insurance to help with not losing points!
