Do you have to use all your points (if not banking) by the first day of the month or the last day?

I believe that you have to use them by the end of the previous month. So for example, I have an August use year. So I need to use (or bank) my points by 7/31.

Do you have to use all your points (if not banking) by the first day of the month or the last day?

As Donald said, you need to use them all by the last day of the month before your use year begins and/or bank them according to the guidelines.
