Use the Yellow Tags!!

I landed in Orlando for a work trip, not Disney, at 3:30. My first flight was delayed so I missed my original connection. When I arrived in Atlanta, they had already scheduled me on another flight. I made the connection. My bag did not, but it is on the next flight, so here I sit almost an hour after landing still waiting on my bag that probably won't arrive on the belt for another 20 minutes!! If I was going to Disney and using the tags, I would have been on my bus by now and would have never known the difference!! FYI, my plane landed at 3:30, it was 4:00 before I knew my bag wasn't in the pile, The next flight landed at 4:15 and now at 4:30 the luggage carousel hasn't started moving yet!

Why are you waiting??

Any time our luggage hasn't arrived with us, the airline sends it to our hotel, or home. FREE. (I do tip the driver)

The airline attitude usually is something along the lines of 'when will you be back to pick it up'?? I ALWAYS politely respond that I am here now and my suitcase isn't and here's the address to send it to.....

Eh since it was less than an hour I opted to wait. Any longer, I would have had them deliver. I have the bag now and I'm on the rental car shuttle. Hey it's travel. I should have been here at 2;30 this afternoon. I am just trying to emphasize that Disney provides a WONDERFUL service that potentially saves you LOTS of time and I'm surprised so many folks are reluctant to use it!!

That is nice to hear someone say that - while many people feel that it is a hassle not to have their bags with them on the bus - you so nicely went out of your way and showed people how wonderful it would have been if ME was handling your bag.

Kudos to you! So many of us forget to make sure the compliments get out there as well!
