Use DDP for Fantasmic? CP?

Late notice, but can I use the Disney Dining Plan for the Fantasmic package? or the Candlelight Processional Package? Do I just call WDW-DINE and tell them I'm on the dining plan when I make the ADR? Thanks.

we did last Dec but I understand you have to tell them when you make reservation and seats are limited in the time slots.

Not sure about CP but definitely Fantasmic Dinner Package. Don't think it matters if you tell them you are on the Dining Plan. Just matters that you book the Dinner Package vs a meal at one of the participating restaurants. The times for Fantasmic are very limited and very early. If you don't mind eating dinner at "lunchtime" you are all set.

Yes for both. you will need to give a credit card number to guarantee the reservation. If you don't cancel and don't show up you will be charged a no show fee.

Even though your can get the CP package you will be OOP for appetizer on the basic DP.

Currently, it seems the Fantasmic Package at Mama Melrose still includes an appetizer with the package on the basic dining plan.
