Use cc to pay Heloc??

I have read about doing this but can't get it to work! What I want to do is pay my HELOC with my SW cc each month. Obviously I would like to get the rewards! Planned to make payment and wait 3 days and pay it off monthly. I'm not able to do it from Chase SW site. Is there any way around this? Thanks for any help.
