I was just able to book $49 each way from Detroit for our trip in Sept on USAir. Even after adding a night at the POP because we have to leave the afternoon before we planned to go we beat the best airfare by over 80dollars. i am never able to get those really good Spirit prices to work for me. plus when you add the extra 10 dollars for a second bag x 3 people each way, spirit isn't the bargain it used to be.

seeing others get good airfare lets me believe we may too. I'm hoping to get a good fair for our nov trip otherwise I think we'll drive.
