We flew USA3000 airlines yesterday from Baltimore/BWI to Fort Myers/RSW and the airline was phenomenal!!

Our plane was scheduled to leave at 8:00am and at exactly 8:00am we were leaving the bay.

Shortly after takeoff the flight attendants started handing out complimentary headsets for our flight and additional flights we may take for our inflight movie or radio choices. They showed the movie the Stepford wives and then they started distributing full breakfasts!! The flight attendant said, "That's right folks, a full breakfast. We don't serve peanuts like those other airlines!" We had a choice of cheese omellett or apple pancakes each entree served w/ orange juice, fresh melon and croisant w/ jelly.

We were early at our destination by about 30 minutes and they were extremely effecient at getting our luggage to baggage claim.

Our tickets were $59/ow totalling $276.40 for 2 people. That is a great price into Ft. Myers. On Oct. 13th they start service to MCO from Philly. I can't wait!!

I would recommend this airline to anyone. I'm so glad we found them.

Boy...wish they flew out of SDF....I never heard of them before....but I'm all for any discount carrier with good service!!

Thanks for that info...I didn't know that!

I flew, with them, to Fort Myers out of Philly, in August. We had no complaints and will definitely fly with them again. :)

Now I feel silly. I apologize, it's not USA3000 it's Independence. I've been watching them as well for low fares and I got the two mixed up.

I'm sorry about the confusion.

I totally agree with you. I flew USA 3000 last year from NY to the Domincan Republic. Great Flight. We had dinner cause it was an afternoon flight. I chose the baked ziti which came with a small bag of carrots, 2 chips ahoy cookies, green beans, water. My boyfriend got some sort of chicken breast with rice with the same side dishes. I just loved this airline and would fly again with them in a heart beat. They would definitely be my first choice. For them to serve full meals at no cost has me hooked.

I just checked Independence Air's website and they do not have Philadelphia listed.

Anyone have more info?

Thanks.

Friends of ours were just raving to me about USA3000 last night. They fly out of O'Hare, so I have my fingers crossed that someday they will offer service to MCO, or even Sanford. I really like ATA, but I'm getting more worried about their viability every day.

What airline??

USA3000 is a charter airline that wants to go into scheduled service, but they don't fly to MCO.

They fly full-size jets, AirBus A320s.

If its Independence Air, they fly only regional jets, until their AirBus A319s come on line.

:wave2:

Independence does NOT fly out of BWI. They do however have service out of Dulles. Your original post must be correct. It must have been USA3000 out of BWI.
