There are a ton of great restaurants on River Street in Savannah (most of them primarily seafood.) I like Bernie's because it's more casual and laid-back as opposed to fancy and expensive. It's kind of like a pub. The menu is on their website.... they've got other stuff besides seafood, so you should be able to find something!

Those prices are about average, I'd reckon. Eating out in the US seems to be cheaper because people just do it more often. No $18 pub meals here
