Has anyone travelled to USA (and had covid in last 90 days) and therefore gone down the route of proving you've had covid rather than doing a covid test the day before?

I'm confused by needing to get "a signed letter stating the passenger is cleared for travel" and was hoping someone could shed some light.

Is this the same as the "Recovery pass" on the NHS app?

If someone has done this please let me know what you did

I would contact your airline…they are the people who check your documents.
