anyone ever use them. Did you pay extra for assigned seats?

We used them last April from Newark to Cancun with 14 people. We did not pay for assigned seats, but we all sat together when we checked in. We did have problems after booking with flight cancellation, but after I pleaded with the agent that called me, she went above and beyond to accomodate our party. Apparently, Apple Vacations wanted our seats because they use USA3000 as their charter flights. We ended up switching from JFK to Newark, which was less $. Then they sent me a voucher for 1 free flight for my aggrevation.
The plane was nice, no delays. They had movies on the plane and they also gave us a meal with the international flight.
I would use them again. Can't beat the prices

We used them 2 years ago from PHL to MCO during Christmas week. The service was great. They were 1/2 the cost of any other airline out of Philly. While we did not have a problem with cancelled flights, many have. At the time I was reading posts that were making me rethink my selection of an airline. USA3000 is a charter airline. They have fewer flights than the larger airlines. Being charter, they do not follow the rules larger airlines have to follow. If they cancel you, they will promise you a seat on the next available flight which could be a few days later. They only fly a few times a week. In the end, it worked out for us, but I learned all this after we were booked. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have not chanced it.

I checked out their website and from Philly this Dec. they don't list Orlando as a choice, ST Pete, and a few others. Do you think they'll add orlando? I would surely give them a try.
