Now, I'm pretty unsure that this is the place to post this question but I know one of you guys can help me - please.....
I recently took advantage of a discount code posted on the board for 'Disneydirect' and, in my excitement to get so much cool 'Kim Possible' stuff for DD (6) (so difficult to buy over here), ordered her a bed side lamp.
It wasn't until we returned from WDW, and I collected the parcel from the depot, that I realised it would have a US plug - duhhhh!
Is there a way that I can make the lamp actually work? DD is quite happy just looking at it at the moment but I was wondering whether anyone had any experience of bringing over a night light, or any other appliance, to be used in the UK and using a 'step down' convertor or similar (??)
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
Alison
