Backing up the positive, used them twice myself, very happy they also support the express programs and will happily add your member details to the booking at a later date.

Interestingly enough Dollar don't seem to be available on there anymore

I stand very happily corrected! Dollar is my company of choice! I enrolled in their dollar express program and it was nothing short of brilliant.. last time we went in 2008 had a premium SUV (Suburban) booked, got to the desk at MCO, walked straight past the crowds to the empty Express line (got a few dirty looks ), and was promptly informed that they didn't have my class on that side of the terminal, but they would get one from the other side* for me, as long as i was ok with a short delay. The clerk asked me which model and then which colour i wanted, and phoned the other side to ask them to bring one over.

When they told her it was a 30 - 45 minute delay, she raised her voice and pointed out it was for an express customer and it better be sooner than that. (Cue more odd looks from the folks in the regular queues.... i just smiled at them all, couldn't help but slightly smugly ) She came off the phone, and told me it would be waiting, at the garage counter keys in ready to go by the time we got down to the garage.

Needless to say I was impressed with her service level but skeptical it would be there *that* quickly.... but sure enough, it was - as i walked up to the garage counter with the rental documents it was pulling up alongside the counter. The driver hopped out, called me out by name to see if I was there yet, and handed me the keys... and yup, another lot of odd looks, including someone saying quietly to their friend "he must be some sort of celebrity!"

I'm sure it was a one off but it really made my day and i totally forgot about the long flight i just came off!

*For those that aren't aware, MCO has two distinct 'sides', A and B, and at Dollar they operate as separate entities.

Using them fir the first time this year, but so far i'm impressed by the prices and their service.

Saved over £100 on suv for 13 days april/may.

Added my dollar express number within minutes of emailling them.

Very Impressed.

Oh and their iPad/iPhone app even gives you wait times at pickup location.......fabby.

We've used them before including last year and booked with them for this year.

If you hire with dollar - we were able to link our us rentacar booking to DH's dollar express account. Able to collect car from garage - no need to line up at the airport desk. They had a lovely car on vip hold for us.
