US Rent A Car Problems

Well we booked our car for this December through US Rent A Car on their website and just payed the deposit,

We are now wanting to pay off the balance as we have the money and dont want to keep it in the bank as we will spend it on something else,

But I have been trying two days and I cant get through to them on the phone, all I keep getting is an automated voice telling me to leave my name and number and they will get back to me, I have left my name and number 8 times and no one has called back (you cant pay the balance on the web site). This has got me very worried, should I be?
 
We used US Rent a Car last September and have booked with them again for our trip later this month.

No problems with them at all but we paid the balance in full at the time of booking.

I did have a query and I clicked on something on their web page that let me discuss this with someone online - it was like talking to someone on MSM. Give this a go.

Maybe they have a backlog since over Xmas Anna - I would give them a few more days to get in touch.

Can't you put the money in one of your special holiday bank accounts for safekeeping? I seem to remember you have quite a few :)
 
rang at ten to nine and got someone and paid it off so I am happy,

I do still have lots of holiday accounts lol
