Anybody any experience of booking multicentre holidays in the USA that can offer me tips.

I am looking for my parents who are looking at a two centre stay with probably San Fran and Vegas the stops. Just wondering whether people found it cheaper to play travel companies against each other or to book your own seperate deals.

:wave2:

We booked a multi centre holiday to LA, San Fran and vegas a few years ago with Virgin - they arranged the internal flights for us for approx 150pounds. After checking on the net I realised we could have booked the flights ourselves for approx 80 pounds!!! Since then I have always arranged my flights and hotels myself - cuting out the middle man and their slice of the profits!!! :cool1:

Got a one way flight from MCarran to Manchester for £508 for two, now Man to SFO £637.40 for two.

Good to get a starting point i suppose.

We paid around £2600 for our holiday holiday with Virgin that included:
Return flights to Heathrow with Bmi
Return flights with virgin - we flew into LA and home from San Fran
Internal flights between LA - Vegas and San Fran
4 nights at the Shearatin Anahiem
4 night Treasure Island Las Vegas
6 nights Holiday Inn Van Ness San Fran
Return transfers to LA and Vegas airport with super shuttle
Limo transfer to San Fran Airport

Hope this gives you a bit of a comparison guide!! I reckon I could have saved at least £600 if I had booked evertyhing myself! :teeth:
