US Marine but not US Citizen???

Did anybody else see this on Fox News just now? This guy is a Marine, but he can't get citizenship. Unbelievable!!

I think his name was Khan Nyugen (sp?) from Maryland. If he can fight for this country, then he deserves to be a citizen. They won't give it to him, because of some sort of trouble he was in as a teen.
