We are making our first trip to US next week. How do the WDW pro's compare the crowds at US and Magic Kingdom?

Personally, I have never experienced anything like the crowds at the Magic Kingdom at Universal Studios. For those of us who stay onsite, it's hard to make a comparison because we are going to the FOTL on all the rides at US. However, I still say that the crowds at MK are the worst. There are times at MK when you can't even walk. I have not experienced anything like that at Universal. To be fair, they are really quite different. A better comparison is MGM to Universal. They are similar parks because of the movie theming.

Just my two cents, of course. I'm sure others will share their experiences with you.

Depending on what time you go, their lines can be about the same or they can be completely different. I've been where in the same week MK is packed and US is empty and vice-versa.

MK = 15 million/year.
US + IOA =< 13 million/year.:teacher:
I still can't believe that MGM gets over a million more visitors than Universal Studios.
I've been to MK when there was so many people you wouldn't be able to fall down. It was scary!:crowded:
