US/IOA Touring Plan for family with 3.5 yr old?

We will be spending 2 days next week at Universal and IOA and I am having considerable trouble coming up with a touring plan that will work with my 3 year old DD at those parks. I have found tons of info for WDW, but very little for US/IOA. Can anyone recommend a touring plan suitable for a family with a small child? Also, knowing that we have 2 days, how much time should we devote to each park? TIA.

Seuss Landing at IOA is wonderful, especially the water play area there. Take a bathing suit for the small fry and take the opportunity to take turns watching while others zip off and do some rides single rider. All the Suess rides were fun though.

The rope maze in Jurassic Park is great too, although it's getting hot to be running around. How are you nerves here? It's easy to lose track of kids in this area.

WWOHP went over well.

We were just there with my almost 3-year-old and he loved IOA. Just loved it.

We wet to Universal a long time ago when our oldest was 11 months, so memory is vague, but the Curious George water play area was fun.

Oh - as for time - we spent 11 hours in IOA, and the kids had a total blast.

We hit WWOHP first to avoid longer lines, then Suess Landing, Jurassic Park, Toom Town, back to Seuss for more water play and finally, last walkthrough of WWOHP where we caught the wand selection show which had he kids spellbound.
