US/IOA/SW Scheduling Ideas

We are headed to Orlando in late May and will have four full days to spend between US/ IOA/ Sea World and Aquatica. We got great airfare and hotel deals the only problem is we'll be there the weekend prior to Memorial Day. We'll have Friday-Monday to hit the various parks. (We did Disney over the same time period two years ago and felt like we got to do everything we wanted so hopefully we'll have good luck with crowds again.) I doubt that the family will want to spend more than one day at Sea World. So...any suggestions on which park to visit on what days to avoid the crowds as much as possible. Thanks for your help!

I think you'd be OK with just about any park since you're not going to be there during the holiday weekend.
