US/IOA during the week before XMAS?

How are the lines? We would be staying a half mile outside of the parks so we wouldn't need to worry about booking onsite, but if we were to spend 3 days at the parks, would it suffice to get on everything and do a few re-rides?

Yes...three days should be fine. The parks will be busy but very doable.
