US Holidays 2003

I'm hoping to go back to Orlando next year around the beginning of November. What I was wanting to know is are there any US holidays around this time when the parks will be exceptionally busy. I know Thanksgiving is towards the end of the month but I don't know any exact dates.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanksgiving is the 3 thursday of the month I think. We have been there for this time and avoided the parks. Big sales on in the malls though. Weather is good nice and warm no rain. Quite chilly in the evening-jacket weather.

I have read a thread about NJ week. Does anybody have more information on this event as I have noticed it may effect our holiday.

There is Veteran's Day (Remembrance Day) on the second Monday of the Month. It was this past Monday. I have friends at WDW right now. People like to go with a Monday Holiday, so that their children only miss four days of school. It does tend to be a little more crowded.

There is something with the NJ teachers in Nov too.
