US for kids

My daughter and I have been to Disney twice in two years, and we loved it. Know it is time for another vacation so we have never been to US/IOA/ or SW. So I thought we would go there for 4 nights 5 days staying at RPR. My daughter is going to be 8 when we go, she loves all the mountains at WDW, she would not get on the EE, TOT or RRC. My question for these boards will she enjoy the US/IOA/&SW?

I think she will enjoy US and IOA. I've only been to Sea World once and I didn't really get to see too much but I think she would enjoy it. I have been to US and IOA many times though. I also refuse to ride EE and RRC, but I absolutely love Universal Orlando.

At US, there is only 1 "rollercoaster" and that is Revenge of the Mummy, which I hear isn't as bad as EE and I personally like the Mummy. The other rides are tons of fun! You have ET, Twister, Back to the Future, Jaws, Earthquake, Shrek, Jimmy Neutron, and a bunch of other shows. Plus you have lots of characters and there is a children's area with some fun stuff and a waterslide.

At IOA, there are 2 or 3 rollercoasters plus a freefall(somewhat similar to ToT). And there are quite a few other rides, including several water rides. Lots of shows, too. Spiderman is a must ride! Then there is the whole Dr. Seuss area which is very neat with some fun rides.

I think you and your daughter will love it!....especially since you will have the express pass! Let me know if you have any questions.
