Oh man do we love Flying Fish! I was hoping they would have the pumpkin risotto when we at there in early Oct but they didnt have it yet...luckily I tried it in 08 and it was wonderful!

My hubby orders that tomato salad every time we eat at FF

We also had some great food at FF again this year! The white chocolate creme brulee was the best one that we've ever tasted! All of 6 of us at the table had to try it & it was killer.

Loving your reviews so far. Your demos looked like a lot of fun, especially the Todd English one.

And Flying Fish looked wonderful! Glad you had a nice dinner. I also went there one night and had that tomato/mozzarella salad and the red snapper with the pumpkin risotto, and some fabulous apple tart thingy for dessert that was my favorite dessert of the trip. I wish I could have dinner there tomorrow!

Next time we will have a DIS meet in the Ditch - it might just close the place!

I love the idea of a DIS meet at the Ditch. We'll have to plan that for next October, hopefully our dates will overlap
I went out for Mexican food for dinner tonight (not that there's any real Mexican food around here...) but they definitely didn't have any margaritas on their menu like the Ditch, so I just stuck with coke

We loved being able to meet you both and have a GREAT day at the Ditch! I still can't believe how that worked out! All so fun! Also the Wine View was good after the figured stuff out! Did the bartender make anything fun and new for you at the last PFTS?!

I think he ended up making the same drink as the week before - his cordial version of a long island ice tea for Mary Ann and a gin and tonic (I know, boring) for me.

It was truly an awesome trip and amazing to meet some of our favorite Dis board people. Boy, I wish I was there right now for the final weekend and to see a band I really love - Los Lobos.

It was great that they gave us a ten minute "warning" that Taylor Dayne was starting so we could get as far away as possible - I was telling the guy at the Sam Adams booth to hurry up
