Hi lawlesslovewdw. The games are region free so any game from any country will work for any machine.

According to wikipedia the games are region free, with some minor exceptions if you're trying to play local multiplayer with the same game from different regions. As for the charger, you might well be fine with a cheap adapter from maplins, usually the chargers are multi-region so accept 110-230V, it will be written on it somewhere. It was the case for the music players my family got out in the States anyway.

The charger for DS dslite just says 230-240 volts on it. DW bought a dslite in Orlando last week and the games work fine. I don't recall what the charger for it says on it.

They had multi voltage chargers in the same shop for about $6.
