US Currency OK at Paradise Island

DH and I are planning on doing a lot exploring in Atlantis and I wanted to find out if US currency is readily accepted at Atlantis.

U.S. dollars are fully interchangeable with Bahamian ones. As a matter of fact, hubby wanted a Bahamian dollar as a souvenir and had a difficult time getting one because of the predominance of U.S. currency!
