We are thinking of booking with them because of a good rate we found. Anyone have any experience with them?

Thanks!

I've flown with them ... similar to united, continental etc. They are part of the star alliance. No problems here ...

We had a US airline flight, from Philly to MCO, a connection to our United flight from SeA. No problems. They are affiliated with United.

We have a tight connection next week MCO-PHL-YHZ.. any problems going to the terminal for your YHZ connection or tips for the PHL airport? :)

I cant even remember what terminal I was in .. so that tells me there was no issue. Winter weather can plague PHL, but it also does any other North East hub :)

Don't you have to pay for your baggage with them? Not sure ... can anyone verify that?

We have 44 minutes to grab the shuttle and get to the other terminal. I think we'll be fine, just wanted to verify. :)
Love the ~10:25am flight out of MCO and get back to YHZ at 4:30ish. Almost as good as direct if the connection is decent. No super early magical express trip!

flown with them twice, once to disney, once to mobay jamaica mon! both times were halifax via philly. philly has a lot of turbulance on landing and take offs both times. both times our connections were tight- a little more than an hr. disney wasn't too bad, we did have to catch the shuttle, but youre clearing customs/immigration here.

coming home from jamaica was awful. 1.15 hrs and we got caught going around a storm in florida, then had to wait for a jetway and we were the last to get off, row 26. then we had to go through customs, and immigration, get our luggage and recheck it and then security again. only to end up 4 gates away from where we got off. sigh. it was a pain in the rear esp with a sunburt backside! lol we did it, and thankfully our crew home was delayed.

no real complaints tho.

Don't forget the $25 per bag per person

The only issue we had was that we stopped in Washington and we litterally had to run from one branch to the other and have our carry ons and so on recheck because it was too early and the shuttle going from branch to the other without going outside the secure area was closed. We litterally got there with 3 minutes to spare. Our seats were already giving to other people and they scrambled to seat us all (7 in total). 2 of my 5 yo were seated with strangers a few rows from me and the 3 rd DD was sitting with me. the 1 hour time frame at 7am was not enough for our connection.
