URGENT..Need Photopass Experts!!!!!

Ok here's my scenario..I prepaid for the photopass cd before our trip.When we came home I uploaded the cards. Whenever I had a free moment I would go over the pictures and make the necessary adjustments. I even paid for an extra week of time to complete adjusting all the pitcures.These past few days at work were so busy that I completely forgot about when the pictures were going to expire (10/18/11) and when it just dawned on me to go online and put the order in for the finished cd I noticed that yesterday was the deadline. Since its after 5pm on the east coast photopass customer service is closed. My question is are the over 400 photos I had in my account gone forever? I can still view them in my account but it gives me no way of me ordering the cd as my account says 1 credit and it also states I have no uploaded photos.I'm confused,disgusted and very mad for putting myself in this position....Please HELP!!:

Update: for anyone who might find themselves in this same situation don't stress over it as I did all night because when I called customer service this morning the CM told me it happens all the time.Within an instance she restored all my pitcures and even extended the viewing another 10 days. Talk about being sprinkled with pixie dust...she dumped it on me....

Poor thing. That was my suggestion to call them. It has not happened to me, but I have heard it happen before. And they extended with no problem. Glad you got it resolved.
