urgent help needed

I bought tickets for disney from ebay and they were supposed to be 2 day tickets with one day on them. Well they have arrived and are not as described just 4 one day tickets, which would be alright except they all have a tiny little hole punched through them...does this mean they have been used ??? I have this sinking feeling that they have been, although hopefully an item not as described through paypal will get me my cash back...any help would be welcome

you should be able to get your money back via paypal. I would open a dispute immediatly.

As far as I know, that little hole is punched by the ticket machines for each day you pass them through.

So, if you received 1 day tickets with 1 hole in them then yes, they've been fully used and would only be useful as souvenirs

now i am confused..ok the tickets say on the back valable 1 jour du 31/05/2008 au 11/07/2008
valable 1 jour du 25/08/2008 au 08/10/200

it excludes the 20th sept

so now I am reading it as the little hole means the first day has been used? and the second (which is what i purchased) day is still there

the thing which is throwing me is the tickets are only 29.00 euro each (maybe a special offer)

I don't want to be making claims with paypal unless I am sure they aren't right

I have just checked some old tickets of ours from nov '07 also 2 day passes
and it's quite strange as 3 of the tickets have been punched twice and 2 of the tickets punched once only, but all 5 of us entered and left the park together on both days. Our tickets from March last year though have both been punched twice - 2 days, and 2006 5 times - 5 days so I think you're probably alright, if I'm understanding correctly what you've bought i.e. a 2 day ticket with 1 day unused, therefore one punch mark for the one day used - the only way you can be certain is to try them at the turnstiles.

To be honest it's one of the reasons why I wouldn't buy part used tickets off Ebay. I've even seen hopper tickets advertised on Ebay as having 3 days DLRP entry and 3 days WDS entry, only part-used because the seller had only been into WDS for 1 of the eligible days and stayed in the main park for the other 2 - giving the impression that those tickets still had a day for the main park and 2 days for WDS remaining on them, when in fact they had nothing left.

Hope that they're OK, does the seller seem genuine, good feedback etc., I'm sure they won't mind you just clarifying what/how exactly they used the tickets.

Sorry but I don't think it looks good - hope I'm wrong.

we aren't going until septmeber 16th so we are within these dates one other thing it says on these tickets is key ce , does that mean they were attached to a room?

hunted for my passes.....
mine were with a package so have the hotel name on them, and the period that i can use them (which spanned my holiday).
they say billet 2 parcs on the front.
they say valable 3 jours du and the dates we were there.
only other things mine say is adulte/enfant.

i wud not be sure with ur tickets, and tbh wud never buy off ebay, as anyone can say anything.

it is poss, what ur ticket says that it still has a day left, but i also think its strange to have a ticket issued with different valid dates on it. wouldnt have thought these were possible to get?!?!?!

its up to u, but i wud dispute, and say ill return for full refund, then at least ull get ur money back.

oh, and meant to say, mine all have 3 holes in them for the 3 days!!

It seems that this type of ticket is only available in France or at least that's the only place I can find them any where and that's on Ebay, see here

Seems to verify that your tickets are genuine and the information you've been given is correct.

the very same thread I was just looking at they seem to be the real deal right enough, I have pulled her contact number as well on ebay and I'm going to give her a ring later to put my mind at ease . The lady I bought them from had really good comms all the way through this, so I don't think she is a scammer of any sort (although hard to tell on ebay nowadays with all the rule changes)
