*URGENT* Help needed. Need a place to stay!

I have a possible emergency on my hands. I have A 4BR place rented for September 30th thru October 10th.

The company we are renting from is Florida Preferred Rentals. They have taken our final payment ( last week ) and were supposed to send everything we need for our stay.

They were late in even taking our payment; I had to call them. They said they would send everything ASAP. This was 10 days ago. As of Friday I still hadn't received anything from them. I called again and all I got was the voice mail of my agent.

I called again today --- after hours --- and I couldn't even get a voice mail to leave a message. I will be calling again first thing tomorrow ( Wednesday ).

If I can't get satifaction by tomorrow I will have to find a place to stay by next Thursday. I'll put my charges in dispute with the credit card company.

But, for now, do you have any ideas where I can find a nice play to stay, with a pool, and 4 BR and a jacuzzi? Seems like it might not be too hard since it is the low season but I need an honest, reliable place ASAP in case I can't get my problem taken care of.

If you can help I would really appreciate it.

The last few days may be the hardest part since it's the Columbus Day weekend. I have a reservation checking in 10/10. It took me a little while to find it. There was much more availability the week prior and the week following the holiday week.

I'm so sorry you are having a tough time. We booked through www.villadirect.com and got a 4 bedroom with pool and hot tub... you could try there. We've been totally satisfied so far!
