Urgent E-bay/Turbolister helped needed!!!

HELP! I spent some time a few weeks ago taking photos and writing descriptions, prices, etc, etc. in preparation for having a few weeks available to get back into the Ebay swing. It is all ready to go on my Turbolister and now it won't upload to ebay! I tried last week on two different days. Then I tried again today just uploading one item, instead of all of them. What can I do? Do I have to rewrite all of this stuff? Is my Turbolister faulty? (I have used it successfully in the past). This took me SOOOO much time, I hate to have to retype it all... but I will if I have to. Thanks so much for any help that is out there!!.....................P

Well I sure have had my share of TurboLister problems! Have you tried going into "Tools" and checking for updates? I'd do that first, and then try to upload to eBay. What error code is it giving you?

I don't know anything about Turbolister, but if you're in risk of losing a lot of work, I would at least copy your descriptions into Word or some other word processor while you still can. Then you can just cut and paste them back in when you get your problem resolved.

Thanks for trying to help. I did go in and try the "tools" to find any updates. It did say there was one and I clicked on "download".... it downloaded for about a minute or so and then gave me the following message...

"Network problems are preventing Turbo Lister from communicating with Ebay. Please check to make sure you are connected to the Internet. If you are connected and continue to receive this message, please try again later."

I have gotten this message every time I try to upload for the past week. I know I am properly connected because I can talk to you folks and I have no problem BUYING on Ebay!! Now what?? I guess I could cut and paste, but that is a lot of work! I even looked in my "How to sell ANYTHING on ebay and make a FORTUNE" book, but no help there.... maybe on Ebay live help??

This happened to me a while back as well. First, make sure your E-Bay Id and password is correct in Turbo Lister. Is it possible that you changed your E-Bay ID?

If the ID is correct, save the your files that you worked on, then uninstall Turbo Lister and reinstall it again. That is what worked for me.
