When I called Disney to add a request on our two room reservation that we booked using the Best Rate program, we discovered that the ME and flight info had been lost. The CM mentioned that there seemed to be some glitch with the system losing ME bookings if they weren't booked as a package. But I urge everyone to check with Disney to make sure they have you down for ME and your correct flight info at least 30 days prior so you get your tags, etc.
