Now that October and Halloween are on their way, and the leaves are changing, I think it's about time for some spooky stories! post one's you have heard..

My favorite book is "Ghost Hunting" by Jason Hawes.
If you like mini ghost stories, that are TRUE, then you most definitely want to read his book.

Ugh! My friend posted like 30 scary stories on a MySpace Bulletin. I should have read and copied all of them to hear. They were all pretty scary.

I love studying urban legends. You know in the movie how the kids take a class for it[I might be mistaken for something else] but I've always wanted to take a class in it!

I like old black and white scary horror movies...not into the new one's at all.

Hmm...well once my friend and I did Bloody Mary at a sleepover because we were the only ones who weren't scared. xD But nothing happened. I wasn't really expecting anything, but I was still kind of disappointed. We ran the water, turned off the lights, light two candles, held hands and said Bloody Mary over and over. Then right when I turned around my friend started banging on the mirror and I freaked out so bad, but then I turned back around and I saw her bang on it again so I was like, "Oh.". xD

My friend and I are also really interested in trying a Ouija Board, but I don't want to mess with anything so I think that we should do some research first. Have any of you done it before? I know there was a thread, but I'm being lazy. xD

it does work. i bought one like two weeks ago, and now i play whenever i have people over. it is really freaky, but you just have to know it's your subconcious. you'll only be scared if you believe it to be something bad.

Oh I do believe it works. I think it would be really cool, but I just hear a lot of people saying stuff about being possessed and stuff... I don't really believe that or anything though.

poltergeists. i'm not scared at all of this, because i'm an atheist, and believe heavily in science. i believe it's your subconcious that controls the board, but who knows? the subconcious thing is a theory after all. there is a possibility that it is an unknown force.

Oooh. Well that's kind of creepy...I don't think I would believe that either, but you never know.

there was a study where they placed ouija boards reversed on the table, while two people who were blindfolded played it, and the planchette moved to where they thought yes/no and the letters were. but after all, there is a possibility it is an unknown force.

Oh wow. That's pretty crazy!
My friends were wanting to make one right then but I was thinking we should probably do some sort of research first, I've seen a lot of warnings. I don't really believe in the whole being possesed by the devil thing. The unknown force makes more sense to me.

Ghost Hunters go from a scientific standpoint.

Ouija boards have gotten pretty popular lately..

I still haven't tried to use mine, SERIOUSLY. lol.

I'll have to do it in my storage room in my basement.. we call it the dungeon, because, it's just so weird, and my brother shoved all these freaky things that gave him nightmares under the concrete in there.. it's scary!

Its weird.

In 4th grade, i was addicted to mine.
Then my friend said "Hey thats pretty awesome i want one" and the next thing i knew it was like....the latest craze.

I hate that, things im into always become popular a year after im into it.

So people try to teach me it and im like "Dude, i was trying to show you this last year, and you said it was stupid, now youre trying to tell ME!?"
