Big grrrr on UPS right now. Before I make a long distance call to DLR, thought I'd check here first.
Got a call today from UPS saying the package would be here today between 8 am and 7 pm. I'm getting ancy. It's 6:20. I know that's not 7, but UPS is usually at my house between 11 - 2.
When UPS called, the message said hit 2 for tracking information. Instead, it disconnected me. I have no tracking ##. I called UPS, they said they can't do any kind of search w/o a tracking ##.
So, if I call Disney Reservations, will they have that kind of info?
I thought by now I'd be staring at my cute tickets!

But I still can't get over they gave me an 11 hour window! I'm sure that's standard and all, but with all the technology out there, and with their drivers so heavily scheduled (I know if they're at a business just for pick up, and they've got packages for that business scheduled for later in the day, they won't leave them, they'll come back for when they hit that line item!), there would be some way to narrow that down to like 6 hours.
