Well, I think we're all spoiled because if you're ordering stuff less than two weeks before Christmas, you are taking a risk. Amazon and UPS are usually so good.
Having said that, I placed an order with Amazon at 10 pm Sunday night, they guaranteed delivery by December 24th.....for free...and UPS dropped if off at 10 am this morning (Tuesday.) Yup, 36 hours from order to in my hands.
I am amazed too, as I placed an order with Amazon on Sunday at 4pm and it got to me Monday at 2pm, with our free 2 day shipping from the free Amazon prime from the Mom club or whatever. Less than 24 hours!!!

Their feedback is mostly positive, but apparently they have problems with delayed delivery AND not responding to customer inquiries.
But not to worry. They have already filed a claim with the post office. Um, hello? I still have NO BACKPACK and you people still have my $60!
