Upromise question

We currently have two separate rental car reservations made for this summer with Budget. The price is pretty good, so I don't really want to mess with it too much. But when I was checking the Upromise site, I noticed that they partner with Budget. Is there anyway to link my current reservations with my Upromise account, or would I have to make NEW reservations through the Upromise site? Thanks for any help.........Pamela
