Doing DDP this time, so tickets will be upper level. But I don't recall if they have tables for 8? I am worried the tables woud be to big and you would not see from the back end.

We did Hoop Dee Do on the Dining Plan (family of six) and our seats were on the main floor in Dec '06. Things may have changed since then and I don't how they would seat a family of eight. Sorry!

Not sure about tables for 8, but DH strongly prefers the view from up above. Cast members go upstairs to get birthdays, anniversarys too.

Plus it you're shy:scared: you won't be in the show!

We were in the upper deck when our soon was picked to go up on stage; he loved it.

The tables are long and narrow. They seat 3, maybe 4 people. You'll have multiple tables next to each other. Each person will have their own viewing area along the railing.

The last time we went on DDP we sat at the table right in front of the stage because we went to the late show in January. That was too close. I am looking forward to a table in the upper level or further back on the first floor since we are going to go to the early show this time.

We did Hoop Dee Doo Review last summer and there were 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids). We sat on the main floor on the left hand side as you walk in the front. They sat us near the columns supporting the upper level but I can't for the life of me remember if it was a long table, 2 smaller tables pushed together or a picnic table type setup. They were able to accomodate us even with a high-chair for the smallest child. We were on the Deluxe Dining Plan then too. We were staying at VWL and it was a nice, leisurely boat ride over to the campground and a short walk over to the main hall.

we have done the show several times. last time was with the different seating levels..we had ddp and got the balcony..it is a narrow table along the rail and yoiur chair turns around so you can watch the show. I didnlt care for it. as you have to choose to eat or watch the show. It made me feel more like an observer than a participant

the other times we have had a table near the stage and a table near the columns..that was on the ddp, but before the leve change thing. I prefer the floor area

We prefer the upper level. Great vantage point. Have a blast!:thumbsup2

If you don't want the upper level go to the 9:30 show..you can get cat. 1 seating on the dining plan for that show only.

We went last Spring upper level. There was only me and my DSM... but we saw lots of long tables of families. The view was excellent. The food was so good and we had a great time. We felt included as well... a cast member came up andtalked with us. I never have tasted fried chicken that was soooo yummy.:yay::cheer2:
